For steel pipe galvanizing, the black pipes are sent into acid pickling line for pickling, rinsing, and fluxing, to prepare the surface of steel pipe for easy galvanizing; second, dry up steel pipes; third, hot dipped galvanizing; forth, draw up and pipe inner/outer blow; then, post-treatment. Follows one example,
After acid pickling line, the pipe galvanizing machine line consists of following equipment:
1. Drying furnace
After dipping, pipe bundles are unfolded on inclined skids, the upload mechanism send pipes into drying furnace (using residual heat of galvanizing furnace) one by one.

2. Galvanizing furnace
1.）Galvanizing furnace： Steel material, refractory lining。
The pit can contain 300 mt zinc. If the zinc pot leak, liquid zinc can flow out from the bottom of the furnace and collected into the zinc-leak pit, avoiding the leak burn the chimney.

3. Zinc pot
Size：2600（Depth）×10000（Length）×1800（Width）mm（inside effective size）
Material: Low carbon silicon steel
Thick steel plate structure on the top of pot, round angle structure at the bottom
The welding seam on the pot is tested by Ultrasonic test, no slag inclusion, no air hole inside.
Mark: All the equipments in the zinc pot are made from XG08 or 05F steel.
4. A set of zinc-dipping device
-- One set of dipping equipment, gear type, three pieces of gear plate for one set.
-- One set of pneumatic mechanism for sweeping pipes. It contains 3 pipe-receiving guide rails and pneumatic driving equipment.

5. Dragging-out device
