Function Of The Vacuum Furnace
Oct 23, 2018

Vacuum quenching (tempering, annealing) is a method of treating the expected performance by heating and cooling the material or part in the vacuum state according to the process procedure.

Vacuum brazing is in the vacuum state, a group of welded parts heated to the temperature above the melting point of the filler metal, but lower than the base metal melting point temperature, with the help of the filler metal on the substrate metal wetting and flow forming a weld welding process (brazing temperature varies depending on the material).

Vacuum Sintering is a method by which the metal powder products are heated in a vacuum state, and the grains of adjacent metal powders are sintered into parts by adhesion and diffusion. Vacuum magnetic flux is mainly applied to metal material and magnetic treatment.
