Pipe hydrostatic tester
The pipe hydrostatic tester is used for testing oil steel pipe and oil casing, it is also the necessary equipment for oil pipe making. This machine adopts radial sealing, double V-shape clamping, double moving plug. When testing objective pipe with different diameter, just change the seal size and space inside of plug and stopper. The computer control can print real time testing result or record the data and query historical data. We can also add the weighing and length measuring device on this machine, and the weight and length data will be sent to printer to print on pipes.
1. We design a movable cover on the machine frame to protect the safty. When pipe is under testing, the cover is down and the working is done under the cover. The movable cover is convinient for maintenance and checking the machine, also have cover to add additional safty guard.
2. The objective pipe get length measured during pipe feed-in and clamping washing. The following photo is length measuring cylinder.
3. When the pipe diameter is less than Φ177.8mm, we use clylinder to feed-in and out pipe, two cyliders are synchronized through torsion bar, see photo 3; when pipe diameter is more than 219mm, the cylinders for feed-in and out are synchronized through hydraulic cylinders, see phote 4. Also there is space for receiving pipe after testing, see photo5.
4. Process flow:
Get pipe from bench→alignment→washing→pipe feed-in→clamping→water injecter positioning→exhauster positioning→pre-sealed→exhaust by filling water→close exhaust valve→close injecting valve→increase pressure→keep pressure→relief pressure→injecter and exhauster move bake→loosen clamp→deliver pipe(send signal if the equipment is unqualified) →blow water out of pipe→send pipe to discharging table(turn the pipe to waste basket if the pipe is unqualified) →turn to the next cycle.
5. The clamping is designed double V type structure, which can make sure the pipe always being centered, like photo6.
6. The Hoop supporting equipment, it is used for balancing the axial force of pipe, so that keep the pipe from deformation, see photo 7.

8. When testing different diameter pipe, operator just change the spacer and stopper into different size in the plug. This structure is convinient for shift different diameter pipes. See photo 9.
9. We also provide a water tank for improving hydraulic testing efficiency, see photo 10.
