Ⅰ Information about C channels

Ⅱ Breif introduction of C Channel Packing Machine:
The C channel steel bar coming from roll table, enter on the chain conveyor. There is turn-over device on the middle of chain conveyor, electromagnetic type turn-over device. The purpose of the device is turning the second C channel over, cover on the first C channel, make sure the first and second C channel mouth to mouth and bite together to be a pair of C channels. The pairs are gathered in the end of chain conveyor. When the number of C-channel pairs on one layer reach the required quantity, the push-device push the pairs on the bundling position and go back to original position. After the bundling device receiving one layer, it goes down one layer’s height, so that the surface of the first layer can receive another layer. Until the layers of C-channel reach the required quantity, the bundle will be chained out.
Ⅲ Composition of machine and introduction of each part:
1）Gear transmission mechanism: It is used for transmitting C channels onto chain conveyor.(The buyer has this device already)
2）Chain conveyor: It is next to the gear transmission mechanism. It is used for receiving,temporary storing and feeding-in the C channels.
It consists of steel frame, chain and stoppers.The frame is made from welding square pipes. The chain conveyor is driven by AC motor. In the end of the frame, there equipped a stopper which can move up and down peumatically.When C-channels go through the chain conveyor, the second C channel cover on first channel mouth to mouth, to be a pair. The pairs are sent to the end of chain and positioned.
Turn-over device: It is equipped in the middle of chain conveyor. It is used for turning the second C channel over, cover on the first C channel, make sure the first and second C channel mouth to mouth and bite together to be a pair of C channels.
It consists of frame, swing arm 1, swing arm 2 and electromagnet.The frame is installed on the ground while swing arm 1 is supported on the frame and swing arm 2 is joined together with swing arm 1. Sevor motor drive the moments of swing arms. Swing arm 2 hinge together with swing arm 1, see the photo, and electromagnet connect with swing arm 2. The movement of cylinder drive the swing arms moving.
We separate the C channels into singular ones and even ones.The chain transmit the singular one, positioning device 2 lifts up to stop the singular C-channel at the place. Position device 1 lift up to stop the even one at the place and electromagnet get power and suck the even one. The even one turn-over with electromagnet which is connected with swing 1 and 2, and cover on the singular one mouth to mouth. Then, the electromagnet lose power and back to original place. Positioning device 1 and 2 go back to original place and waiting for next turn.
Pushing mechanism: This mechanism is used for sending one layer of C-channel to bundling basket. It consists of pusher and guider. There are two sets of pushers that are used for pushing the object in the end of chain into bundle basket. Guider is used for guiding, when bundling different size of C channel, user need change the angle of guider to adjust the size of bundle basket.
5) Bundling basket: There are two bundling baskets, same structure.The bundling basket consists of base, lifting support, fixed stopper and swinging stopper. The base is fixed on ground, the lifting support is driven by servo motor with gear-box, the max distance of lifting is 500mm. The fixed and swinging stopper is installed on lifting support. The swinging stopper is driven by cylinder and the biggest movable angle can be 90°.
How the bundling working? The lifting support goes up to the same level of guider at pushing mechanism part, the pusher push one layer of C-channel into bundling basket on lifting support, one layer on lifter support, it goes down one layer’s height distance to make sure the surface of C-channel is the same level as guider. When all the layers are put on lifting support with the shape of bundling basket, the bundling is done.
6) Run-out roll table
It is used for sending the bundles into next position waiting for strapping. The roll-table before strapping consists of support, horizontal roll, side-vertical roll and transmission. The horizontal rolls are driven by AC motor. The side-vertical roll is movable to satisfy different size of bundles. The roll-table after strapping consists of support, horizontal rolls and transmission. The horizontal rolls are driven by AC motor.
7) Strapping part
Full automatic strapping part, seal type strapping, standard straps.
