This machine bundls the round and square pipe automatically. Based on developed technology and advanced device, the quality and very consumption index indicate our equipment reach the advanced level. As it adopts double servo motors control system, the precision of our equipment is much better than others. Compared with the quality and price, our equipment is quite competitive.

Compare with fork type packing machine, this steel pipe packing machine uses electromagnet stick to pipe layers to form bundles, some people believe it is more gently when the electromagnet contact pipes.

3. Equipment working flow:

Pipe counter: According to the programm, steel pipes are fed one by one into grouping chain. When the pipe number achieve to the setting number, the counter stop feeding new pipes onto chain and facing device face pipe ends to make sure the pipes are in order.

Electromagnet is driven by servo motor and walk on the top of objective pipes——→Electromagnet fall on the programmed position, the pipes are pushed together one layer, electromagnet attract pipe layer——→The electromagnet was lifted up and release the pipe layer in the pipe bundle basket——→When pipes layers reach the programmed number, the formed bundle was sent to next station for strapping(bundle forming rolls and bundling rolls work at the same time to complete the job)

4. Pipe counter

Pipe counter device is made from welded section steel. Rotating fingers which is driven by hydraulic motor rotate an angle, then one pipe was pushed forward, and the counter take one counting.

5. Facing device

Pipe ends facing device: when the pipe number reach programm number, this device will push the pipes to make sure the pipe ends are in order. The frame is made from welded steel. The push board is driven by cylinder, with the help of liner bearing and guide pillar to complete the job.

6. Electromagnet lifting device

This device is made from steel, welded together. Electromagnet is driven by servo motor for walking and lifting. When the pipes number reach the programm number, the electromagnet will go to the top of pipes and attract pipes to the right position and release them. The number of pipe on each layer is controled by programm.

7. Bundling device:

This device consists of driving roll, idle roll and pipe stopper board. According to the programm of different bundle, the number of pipe each lay are not all the same, the counter device make sure the number of pipe each layer and electromagnet attract one layer each time to the bundle forming basket to  form a bundle.
