Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Equipment
Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Equipment is used for improving the performance of electrical components such as high voltage motor, transformer, capacitor and cables. After VPI treatment, the electrical components have better insulation performance, better mechanical strength and avoid loosening during working and prolong service life.
a. Operation principle：
Put the workpieces into the impregnator and lock the door, then provide a vacuum condition in the impregnator, fill in the impregnation liquid. Under a certain pressure, the liquid will impregnate into the porous of the workpieces, and achieve the impregnation aim.
b. Application range：
VPI plant is the necessary process to improve the insulation performance for high voltage (trail, flame-proof)motor, test transformer, power capacitor and cable as well as for electrical engineering materials. this plant is also used for pitch impregnation of refractory materials, such as Mg-O bricks and slide gate plates etc.
