VHP Series Hot Press Vacuum Equipment is widely used in powder metallurgical industry and ceramic industry. It supply vacuum, hight temperature, pressure and sintering in chamber for lab experiment or factory production. Not only vacuum, but also certain air atmosphere, such as rich Oxygen, Hydrogen, Nitrogen and so on.

1.0 Furnace Chamber: The chamber is made of three main parts. The outer part is steel jacket which is made of two layer of steel and inside layer is made of stainless steel. There is cooling system running inside of this steel jacket. The middle part of chamber is thermal insulation which is made of high quality graphite and carbon felt to keep temperature and there are many graphite heaters vertically placed in this part and welled designed to offering heat and make the heat uniform. The inner part of chamber is graphite dies and punches. Also the chamber have thermocouples which can observe low and high temperature inside of the furnace, and the furnace also have viewing window in the front of the furnace door..
2.0 Graphite heater and mould and punches are all from Japan, high quality graphite material which have great performance.
3.0 The heating elements are made of graphite tube(or molybdenum wire) for high temperature need. We can provide two kinds of heating, single-phase and three-phase. The heating elements are designed well to guarantee the temperature uniform.
4.0 We use two-stage or tri-stage vacuum pumps and valves system. We use two or three vacuum pumps to achieve high vacuum level as 8*0.00001 Pa. The digital-displayed vacuum gauge and PLC are adopted, so that the user can control and measure the vacuum level.
5.0 Press and hydraulic data can be monitor and controlled on electric control cabinet. The precision of press displacement is less than 0.02mm.
6.0 Most of the control elements and instruments are placed in one electric control cabinet. According to user’s processing requires, we use PLC and Touch panel to control the furnace achieve automatic control of the furnace. It can display the temperature, press-displacement, pressure and vacuum level of furnace dynamically. And also we use computer here to fetch the data at certain moment or record the whole time data.
7.0 Cooling system. The cooling water running path is well designed to walk through all the parts that need to be cooled during the furnace working. The water press sensor is set on the general inlet pipe. When the water pressure is not big enough, there will come out alarm and trigger the safety guard.
8.0 The alarm and protection. When accident happens like low water pressure, low gas pressure or over-temperature, the furnace will alarm and shut the heat automatically.
